Grand Canyon part #3

D2147

we’ve had family in and out since Saturday before last. Everyone came that Saturday, and we had a bunch of fun. I only wish we could have had longer together. But anyway, one of my sisters stayed around a couple of days which was fun, and we’ve had a couple of my nieces and a nephew around for a little over a week while their parents went on a cruise. They are coming back to get their little ones today, and my sister and her husband will be hanging out until Friday. It will be great to have sometime with them. They booked their cruise through me, so I can hardly wait to hear what they thought about it.

But anyway, let’s get back to the Grand Canyon… The canyon does have a skywalk you can walk through on the West Rim. And you may enjoy it more with the help a tour guide. when visiting this place, you are going to be able to take in some Native American history and culture, including the crafts they work on. Yesterday I said that since this is a national park, you’ll want to be careful of all wildlife. However, you are allowed to fish if you have a proper license. As someone from out of town, you will be able to choose between a one-day pass which costs you $17.50, or a five-day pass which costs $32.00. Horseback riding is yet another option that is available to you. This is another thing you will have to plan well in advance. You will be paying around one hundred and twenty dollars for three hours of riding. Or if you want to do a two-day trail ride costs around five hundred dollars, but that does include food and lodging. And they will give you a better price if there is more than one person in your party.
I am going to stop here for now. So far, I am pretty impressed with the amount of information on this new website I’m using.. I’d love to know your thoughts on this.
