I like to have treats of junk food when I’m on vacation, well actually I like treats pretty much any time… But if people travel a lot, you can’t ignore your health. If you’re on an exercise plan, try to stay with it, at least in some fashion, while you are traveling. Playing with your kids in the pools can be great aerobics. There are all kinds of adventure trips you can take where you will be doing a lot of activities. You can choose how strenuous you want it.
Resorts and cruises are always talking about how they have healthy alternatives. I know a lot of people are concerned about gluten these days, and that is something I see a lot of vacation spots talking about.
