Let’s get back to our discussion answering some questions that people who have never been on a cruise might have.
- People have wondered if they will be able to keep up with their workout routines while they are on their ships. And the answer is yes. Cruises are like any other business out there, and they try to keep up with the latest trends. Ships are going to have fitness centers. Of course, you are going to get a lot of exercise just by walking around the ship.
- You may also wonder about your entertainment choices while you are on board. I have to say that from what I’ve heard, if you are looking for family friendly entertainment, you are going to want to go with Disney. I’ve heard that any other cruiselines have mostly bawdy entertainment. My guess is that Viking has some nice concerts, though I don’t know that for sure.
- Will you need a passport? If you are going to other countries, you certainly will. You may also need a visa. Hopefully you will get all that information right when you book your cruise.
- Most cruises are not going to limit you on how much you can bring. But I should warn you that rooms on board tend to be small. You will probably not going to want to bring a lot of stuff. You’ll likely only need half the clothes you’ll bring on your first cruise anyway.
