When you were younger, before you had kids, travel used to be a piece of cake. You used to go anywhere you wanted, any time you wanted. Now that you are married and have started a family, it is more complicated. To complicate matters further, you now have a child who has special needs. But just because it is more difficult doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t do it. Today let’s look at some spots that families with a special needs friend might just love.

  • You might want to try a place called Splore, and it is near Salt Lake City, Utah. They have all kinds of sports you can enjoy whether you want to go in the summer or the winter months. They will even let those with financial needs apply for scholarships. Their goal is to help everyone even those with special needs, live life to the fullest.
  • And next we are going to take a look at a place in Colorado called Winter Park resort. Again you will need find a lot of different activities that you and your family can enjoy. They will have lessons for those with special needs. They also have trained that will take your special needs child for the day.
